Dear Lord,
I can't believe how long it has been since I have been able to spend time with my dear friends...YOU!
Well, I will tell you that the summer has not been very kind to me. I just returned fromout of town laying my sweet, dear grandmother to rest. I am just trying to get back into the groove with things.
I had to interrupt my book tour at a moment's notice due to her rapidly falling health and then her transition to eternity. There must some exceptions, right?
Anyhu- I will upload my last book tour stop and all I want to say right now, is whereever you are with releasing or promoting your book, stay with it!
Don't be discouraged by the economic slump and if you are a Christian writer, be encouraged that Christian books have a lifelong shelf life! amen? Amen!
Please enjoy the last pictures. I also did another television appearance in between traveling to the deep south to handle business affairs for my grandmother.
I will be back regularly now AND if you still have not purchased your copy of "Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" (ISBN 13 978-0-9754612-0-4), I encourage you to do so as soon as you can. This book takes the reader deep philosophically and offers hope to those diagnosed with a mental illness such as Bipolar and family and friends of a person with this brain disorder.
I cannot emphasize enough how people are seriously finding this book helpful.
"Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" (ISBN 13 978-0-9754612-0-4), is also very helpful for students and families of students headed off to college because it deal with separation anxiety and depression. This is something we take for granted when entering college for the first time. The fear of failure and anxiety about being away from "home" for the first time in a big way.
College students are in the age group that feels they are invincable, but guess what? The average onset of a mental illness is between the ages of 18 and 34 and especially for WOMEN!!! By arming yourself now with knowledge, you can prevent a more serious mental illness such as Bipolar.
