Thank you for viewing this post. Yes, indeed, the high number of African-Americans who do not seek mental healthcare is not only interesting, but downright scary and it does not have to be that way.

Many people do not even know that help is available and they do not have to suffer with mental conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress, etc. However, if we continue to look the othr way and ignore symptoms, we pass the mental condition down to our children.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Please share what you have learned and be brave and buy the book, too. :)
